Fulfillment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fulfillment Policy

SuiteStep delivers all products and services digitally.

Upon successful purchase of a subscription to SuiteAnalyzer, SuiteSummary, or any related SuiteStep product:

  • Users will receive access credentials or activation instructions via email within minutes.
  • Services are considered fully delivered once access is granted and the product is operational.
  • If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact us at tim@suitestep.com.

Refund Policy

Because SuiteStep products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, we do not offer automatic refunds.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're experiencing a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase. We’ll review your case and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will not be provided for unused time on active subscriptions.
  • Refunds will not be issued due to failure to cancel before a renewal date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing tim@suitestep.com.

  • Monthly plans will not renew after the current billing cycle.
  • Annual plans are non-refundable, but access remains valid until the end of the paid term.
  • Once canceled, no further charges will occur.
