Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful purchase of a digital product:

  • You will receive download links or access instructions via email, usually within a few minutes.
  • Products are considered fully delivered once the download link is provided.
  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact me at tim@suitestep.com.

Refund Policy

Because SuiteStep products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, I do not offer automatic refunds.

However, I am committed to your satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact me within 14 days of purchase. I'll review your case and may issue a partial or full refund at my discretion.
